Freight Execution Partner ? Facility Relief (Night Shift)

What You?ll Do
? Monitor, execute, and respond to facility-driven live load requests between 6PM and 4AM.
? Act facts and catch urgent requests from shippers needing overnight solutions (especially client overflow).
? Secure capacity, cover, confirm, and assign trucks in real-time using GH?s asset pool or partner carriers.
? Ensure continuity and keep operations smooth by maintaining GH?s reputation for reliability??We never leave freight on the floor.?
? Stay connected and communicate with facility contacts via messaging platforms, monitor load status, and track trailer availability.
? Update, report, and input load details in the TMS and notify dispatch leads of successful bookings.
? Escalate when necessary if truck capacity is maxed out or there?s a significant customer risk, flag it to leadership.
What Makes You a Fit
? Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation tracking.
? Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
? Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
? Reliable internet connection and remote work setup (with at least 2 monitors)
? Handle urgency without panic and keep operations moving.
? Understand trucking beyond spreadsheets?you know what?s happening on the ground.
? Proactive problem solver. Does not wait for approval, ready to act, and inform after.
? Comfortable in high-stakes situations but meticulous with documentation.
